  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cordyceps mushroom powder
  • 1/4 inch slice of fresh turmeric root, grated with a teaspoon or two
  • one large knob ginger root, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup of any nut milk or coconut water
  • pinch of sea salt and pepper
  • honey or maple syrup can be used as sweeteners, but are not necessary if you prefer your smoothie unsweetened.

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until you reach the desired consistency. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to three days.
