Chaga mushrooms, also known as "the king of medicinal fungi," grow on birch trees and are prized for their high levels of antioxidants. Step 1: Boil 4-8 cups of water.
Step 2: Add a 1/4 cup of Chaga chunks. Simmer and cover for 1-3 hours. Do not boil.
