ACAI SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH RED REISHI MUSHROOMS

Chef Abbie Gellman is at it again with another fine recipe that is chock full of healthy goodness. This time, Chef Abbie is making an Acai Smoothie Bowl with Red Reishi mushrooms that are packed with antioxidants, beta-glucans and triterpenes to help you achieve optimal wellness.

We hope you enjoy this yummy and healthy recipe that is perfect goodness for the whole family. The kids will absolutely love eating this smoothie bowl. Hella good.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 packet frozen unsweetened Acai
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Add the almond milk, blueberries, Acai, Reishi mushroom powder, peanut butter (or any nut butter you like), banana into a blender and turn on. Pour the smoothie mix into a bowl then add the strawberries, Chia seeds and sliced almonds on the top. Eat and enjoy!
